What is a maker seat?
A maker is anyone who builds, edits, and runs agents. You pay per maker seat. The people who only review or view finished work are free.
Are reviewer and viewer seats really free?
Yes - unlimited, on Practice. Reviewers verify and sign off; viewers see finished work and download it. Neither ever costs a seat.
What counts as a run?
A full execution of an agent against a file. The build-time preview you use to tune a step is unlimited and never counts, so Starter's 25 runs go to real closes, not tuning.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is full Practice access with no card. Add a card only when you pick a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace goes read-only - existing runs and outputs stay viewable and downloadable - until you choose Starter or Practice. Nothing is deleted.
Can I save with annual billing?
Yes. Starter is $15/mo billed annually; Practice is $55/mo per seat billed annually.
