Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ThroughStack LLC collects, why, and how we protect it. We built ThroughStack for finance professionals, so data handling is a first-class concern, not an afterthought.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, organization) and the files you upload to run your agents. We also collect basic product analytics to understand how the site and app are used.

Your files

Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest and are scoped to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your files to train models.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting product analytics to measure usage and improve the product. We do not use advertising trackers.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to host the app, store files, and process sign-in. Each is bound by data-protection terms. A current list is available on request.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as we need it to run the service. Generated output files are removed about 90 days after a run; run history and audit records are kept for about 24 months. Source files you save to an agent are kept while that agent exists. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time from your account settings - deleting your account erases your agents, run history, files, and any connected-account credentials. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire on a rolling basis after deletion.
